$HH token purchases are executed on the Solana blockchain and are irreversible by nature. Once a blockchain transaction is confirmed, it cannot be reversed or refunded by Havatian Homes LLC. Please verify all transaction details before confirming. This is standard for all cryptocurrency transactions regardless of platform.
If you believe a transaction was made in error or by unauthorized use, contact us immediately at hello@askhomie.homes. We will investigate but cannot guarantee reversal of on-chain transactions.
When the merch store launches, we will accept returns for defective or incorrectly shipped items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Custom or limited-edition drops may be marked final sale. Full terms will be posted at launch.
